Storm and Flood Assistance
The ACT Emergency Services Agency wishes to advise residents that smoke from the bushfires in NSW is predicted to enter the ACT at around 10pm tonight.
While the smoke haze has reduced throughout today, air quality still remains poor. It is expected this evening's smoke will stay for quite some time. We encourage those more vulnerable in our community to follow the ACT Health information on smoke available on their website: https://www.health.act.gov.au/
The community is being reassured there are currently no active bushfires in the ACT.
