ACT Fire & Rescue were called to a house fire on Kimmorley Street, Casey at approximately 7:30pm this evening. Firefighters assisted the occupant to evacuate and extinguished a furniture fire at the residence. Firefighters remain on scene and access to Kimmorley Street is limited. ACT Ambulance Service paramedics have treated the occupant and are transporting them to hospital.
