ACT Rural Fire Service are continuing operations at the bush fire burning at Square Rock, Corin. The fire is located east of Corin Dam.
The Bushfire Alert and Warning Level for this fire remains at ADVICE.
There is still active fire present.
Four helicopters have commenced aerial support and are currently water bombing the fire and assisting ground crews.
Updated mapping indicates the fire to be approximately 22 hectares in size and is being controlled.
800 metres of control line made by firefighter crews overnight is holding with dampening activities currently limiting further fire on the North Eastern Side.
Crews on the ground are today continuing to form the control line to completely contain the fire.
Woods Reserve camping area remains open and ACT Parks and Conservation Service rangers will continue to provide information to campers throughout the day.
