House fire - Weetangera

ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire & Rescue responded to a house fire on Bambridge Street in Weetangera shortly after 4am this morning.

Intensive Care Paramedics treated two patients on scene for smoke inhalation before providing transport to Calvary Hospital in a stable condition.

Firefighters have extinguished the fire and are working to make the scene safe.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage and will be investigated.

Emergency service personnel will remain on scene until operations are complete.
