The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has responded to more than 80 requests for assistance today.
The majority of responses were to fallen trees on roads and properties, and were spread across the Territory.
No injuries or major damage has been reported.
The ACT Emergency Services Agency credits community preparedness with reducing the effects of today’s severe weather.
