Firefighters are working to extinguish a unit fire in Hackett.
ACT Fire & Rescue was called to the incident on Haddon Street at 6pm.
The fire has extended from the second storey to the roof.
Three pumpers, the breathing apparatus van and two commanders have responded.
The ACT Ambulance Service are also on scene.
