ACT Fire & Rescue is currently working to extinguish a building fire in Fyshiwick.
Crews were alerted to the incident on Gladstone Street at 3:21am and responded with three fire pumpers, the Bronto aerial appliance, a hazmat unit and breathing apparatus support.
It is believed the fire was caused by a single vehicle being crashed into the building.
Firefighters are unable to gain access to the vehicle or the building until the blaze is brought under control.
It is unclear, at this stage, if anyone has been trapped or injured in the crash.
