Fire at Red Hill

Firefighters have extinguished a fire in a unit complex at Red Hill.

ACT Fire & Rescue was alerted to the incident in Discovery Street at 9:20am and responded with four fire pumpers.

Quick work by fire crews prevented the blaze from spreading to adjoining units.

The unit complex was evacuated as a precaution.

The cause of the fire will be investigated.
