Car fire in Hawker

A car fire under a car port has caused the evacuation of around 40 people from six units in Hawker.

The fire on Beetaloo Street was attended by three pumpers, Hazmat, breathing apparatus crew and a logistics truck.

No one was injured during the fire which has now been extinguished.
