Pedestrian in a serious condition

A man has been rushed to hospital tonight after being hit by a car in Dickson.

The ACT Ambulance Service responded to the incident on the corner of Northbourne Avenue and Antill Street just before 11 o'clock.

Intensive care paramedics arrived to find a man in his twenties unconscious with multiple leg injuries.

He was stablished on scene then transferred to the Canberra Hospital in a serious condition.
