ACT Fire & Rescue has conducted aerial and internal observation of the partial roof collapse.
Approximately 15 metres x 20 metres has collapsed into the building.
A large part of the building has been cordoned off and WorkSafe ACT are now on site to make assessments of the building.
Some businesses within the multi occupancy building have been permitted to access the safe areas of the building.
ACT Fire & Rescue will depart the scene shortly.
