ACT Fire & Rescue have been called to a Nicholls home where a large brown snake was found in an external air conditioner.
The homeowner called Emergency Triple Zero (000) at 8:50pm.
Firefighters remain on scene at Suegah Circuit and are awaiting the arrival of a Territory and Municipal Services Directorate ranger to assist with the removal of the snake.
