14 calls for help following wet weather

The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has received 14 calls for help following the wet weather.

The majority of requests were from the North and for leaking roofs.

ACTSES volunteer units from Woden, Majura and Tuggeranong responded with assistance from ACT Fire & Rescue crews.

There are no reports of major damage at this stage.

Residents requiring assistance can ring the ACTSES on 132-500.
