Update THREE - ADVICE- Grass fire near Uriarra Crossing

ACT Fire & Rescue and the ACT Rural Fire Service is working to extinguish a grass fire burning at Uriarra Road.

The Bushfire Alert and Warning Level for this fire has been set at ADVICE.

ACT Fire & Rescue and the ACT Rural Fire Service has 11 units and a waterbombing helicopter on scene.

The fire is located near Uriarra Crossing.

The fire is approximately two to three hectares in size and is being controlled.

The fire is burning at a slow rate and is heading in a easterly direction.

At the current fire danger level of high fires can be controlled.

There is little to no risk to life and property from this fire.
