ACTSES receive 49 calls for help following windy weather - Woden Cemetery Closed UFN

The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has received a total of 49 calls for help following the windy weather today.

ACTSES and ACT Fire & Rescue crews have responded to fallen trees and branches across roads, pathways, cars and property.

Minor damage reported.

Residents who require storm or flood assistance can call the ACTSES on 132-500.

Territory and Municipal Services (TAMS) advise that the Woden Cemetery is closed until further notice due to high winds that pose a risk to public safety.
