Update two - ADVICE - Grass fire in Belconnen

ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Rural Fire Service is continuing to extinguish a grass fire burning at offgrass off Coppins Crossing Road Belconnen.

The Bushfire Alert and Warning Level for this fire has been set at ADVICE.

ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Rural Fire Service has multiple units on scene.

A water bombing helicopter is also now being bought in to help extinguish the fire in some areas hard to access on feet or via vehicle.

The fire is located Coppins Crossing Road from .

The fire is approximately five hectares in size and is being controlled.

There is little to no risk to life and property from this fire at this time.
